Dr. Colin Sanctuary

Colin is a life sciences entrepreneur, board leader, and former CEO with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing healthcare and deep technology businesses.

His career has spanned global medtech organizations, venture-backed startups, board leadership, and founder-led growth companies. As founder and CEO of QGel, he led the company from inception through international growth, raising more than CHF 25 million and ultimately sold the technolog to a North American company.

Today, he works with founders, boards, investors, and leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, governance challenges, and leadership transitions. His experience includes executive leadership, board chairmanship, commercialization, fundraising, operational scaling, and organizational development across Europe, North America, and Asia. He has contributed to raising over CHF 50 million in financing.

He is also an Innosuisse Innovation Expert (Swiss Federal Innovation Agency) and a Certified Executive Facilitator (YPO Forum Facilitator).
