Kathleen Carl has over 30 years of senior financial leadership, with experience at Nestlé and currently as Chief Accounting Officer for Marelli Group in Automotive Manufacturing. Her global career across the USA, Switzerland, Italy, and Japan spans Finance, Control, and IT Management. She has led Internal Controls, Treasury, Corporate Financial Reporting, Risk Management, and Accounting Operations—ensuring agility while maintaining robust financial guardrails and insightful decision-making. A collaborative leader, she develops talent through mentoring, coaching, and diverse experiences, inspiring teams to deliver practical solutions that drive business forward.Passionate about advancing women in leadership, Kathleen actively mentors young professionals and promotes gender balance. She served six years on the Board of Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital and is currently Board Chair of the Impact Cancer Foundation, driving equitable, women-led research to transform cancer innovation.
